Welcome to Beaver Lake Sailing Club, we hope you enjoy our website. Our club is dedicated to providing a family atmosphere and the enjoyment of sailing in all forms. BLSC is a participatory club with racing, social, cruising, and other sailing related activities which appeal to sailors of different skills, experience, and interests.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much to join?
The club requires a one time membership registration fee of $500 plus monthly dues, currently $25 per month, plus dock and dry store fees. Every member also contributes to the club during scheduled group work days at the club. (Actually a fun way to get to know fellow sailors and contribute to the overall club experience)
Are there slips available?
Currently all available slips are in use, and there are a number of owners on a waiting list. Once member ship is approved, we can add your boat to the waiting list and open slips will be filled on a first come first serve basis.
Do we need to own a boat to be a member?
There is no requirement that members own a boat, and there are numerous opportunities for members to take to the water as guest on other members boats and as crew for racing events.
